I think we might be the first couple that actually enjoyed the building process. Any problems that arose were dealt with promptly and with transparency and honesty (again words that you don’t usually associate with builders!). The quality of Malishev’s work is simply described as the best! We got to know many of their tradespeople, many are who second-generation tradies working with the Malishev family for over 30 years. It was delightful to see such old-fashioned values and ideals in the tradies. They actually loved what they were doing and you could see this clearly in the finished product.

It was clear from the get-go that Malishev was the builder we were going to work with to build our home. They were enthusiastic about helping us build a home that perfectly suited us. They tailored the design to fit our needs, whilst providing us with sound advice based on their many years of experience. The completed house is of high quality and has all the little details that make a home. Malishev is a family business, and that really comes across – they were warm and understanding, and it always felt like we were building with people, rather than a faceless company. We would not hesitate to build with them again.

The end result is amazing, we love the modern look, the single level living, the layout and the quality of work all have made us happy to have chosen Malishev. Among other things, one that made a big difference to us during the build was allowing 3rd party work at the house especially the pool and landscaping.
