Yes, definitely. Sloping building sites should be seen as an opportunity, rather than an obstacle. So instead of mass excavation, we aim to work with the slope through the design and construction of a split level home or partial two storey home.

No. All our homes are built with raft slabs, which are designed by a structural engineer. A raft slab is thicker and stronger and will ensure your slab suits your soil conditions.

Yes, we offer fixed price home contracts.

If you have chosen a design from our Designer Range, you can view our standard inclusions here. If you are building a custom home, we individualise your home inclusions to meet your budget and functional requirements.

Variations are an inevitable part of most home building projects. If a possible variation arises, we provide you with a clear variation price as early as possible, to avoid any unwanted surprises.

Our experienced team prepare and manage the entire town planning process, including all permits and documentation. This ensures that everything is done correctly and on time.

Yes. We provide an inhouse interior designer who will help you tailor the style and colours your home to make it uniquely yours.

Yes, we schedule visits with your Project Manager and key stages during the building process.  This is an integral part of the building experience and ensures we meet your every expectation.

The craftsmen who build your home are carefully selected based on the ability to complete work to our exacting standards. This work is then routinely monitored and reviewed by owner Paul Malishev to ensure it meets the Malishev standard.

We design all homes to meet a minimum of 6 Star Energy Rating. We achieve this through optimal site orientation, passive solar design and environmentally friendly construction methods and building materials.
